Every aspect of the process was excellent! I was helped by Josh Mason, who was very professional and pleasant, eager to help, knowledgeable and articulate. He was informative as well as attentive to my needs and concerns. He set a realistic work schedule that was achieved. I received a general initial quote, followed by an updated one once the car was taken apart and evaluated. My Tesla 3 is 7 years old and has its share of small scrapes and dents, which were not part of the more major repair. Yet with the new trunk lid and clear finish and some clean up it feels almost new! I could not be happier with Relentless Collision’s work and management. Thank you!

My experience at Relentless Collision was the best I have had, over many years and with multiple cars! My six-year-old Tesla 3 needed rear trunk lid replacement and repair of related damages. Josh helped me through the entire process: communicated details of what would be done, explained variables that would affect timing and cost, explained quotes and stayed in touch with me. He listened to my concerns, responded to questions and to my schedule needs. He was friendly, knowledgable and very professional - an excellent representative for his company!
