Great place, quality work. Ronnie Thompson and his team really took care of me. From explaining what’s going to be done, how long it takes, and even mediating between me and the insurance so he took away that hassle of being in the middle of all the logistics. Great place, great guy, would even go there for my own repairs if i needed it

From the beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. The repair took a little longer than originally hoped due to the final insurance inspection and approval from GEICO, which was outside the shop’s control. However, Jeff Davis kept me informed consistently and was always transparent about the status of the repair and what was still needed before the vehicle could be released. The communication was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Jeff was responsive, courteous, and made every effort to accommodate my situation, especially because I had a family trip planned. I always felt that he was genuinely trying to help rather than simply giving me a standard update. Most importantly, the quality of the repair is excellent. The CR-V looks like new, and the work was completed professionally and with great attention to detail. It is clear that the team takes pride in doing the job correctly rather than simply getting the vehicle out the door. A special thank you to Jeff and the entire Triangle Collision team for their professionalism, communication, and excellent workmanship. If I ever need collision repair again, Triangle Collision will definitely be my first choice.

I received regular updates from him about the progress of the repairs. I picked up my car this morning and am pleased with the results. It looks like new.
