I recently had my car serviced and repaired from an accident and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I walked in, the staff especially Elizabeth was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. The service was completed on time, and the quality of the work was top-notch. I feel confident knowing it was handled with care. She even threw in a complimentary car wash and detail. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days. Broken glass and glass dust in the air vents..How did that even happen? Guess you broke the glass taking it out..If that glass dust blows out in my daughters eyes that will not be good..I expect a full detail and cleaning of the air vents!

I believe it was Sabrina that helped me through everything with looking at the car, helping me understand the next steps, and then contacting me. If that was another person, then Sabrina’s called me and the other woman wears a red polo was super helpful. Also, I loved getting two texts of phone calls each week updating me. That helped me feel like I wasn’t lost in the woods in this. Thanks for all you did! I hope I never have to use your service again 😊 but if I did, I’ll come right back to Reliable Colission.

They were great!!! I really love the fact that they would call or text me twice a week to keep me updated. I also all the way through the process. They were really good at explaining what was going on and helping me understand. I hope I never have to go see them again :-) but if anything were to ever happen to my vehicle, I would go right back to Reliable Colission.
