The estimator was a likable guy, super nice and knowledgeable. He had my estimate ready the next day and sent me progress texts everyday until it was finished. When I picked it up he went out with me so I could look it over and he could answer any questions I might have. The Traverse repairs look great a job well done and it drives nice too. Thanks to everyone in the body shop for being pleasant, making me feel valued, keeping me updated and having it back to me so quickly. I will recommend Reliable Chevrolet service departments every chance I get and definitely use them again when my Traverse needs any repairs.
