I recently had my tailgate replaced. When paying, the only options I was given were Cash or credit card. They did not say l could pay with debit card. I could have paid with my debit card but was not given that option. I ended up paying with my credit card being charged an extra $70.

Mike Cerutti went way beyond to make a bad situation into a better one. He kept me updated during this whole process. We had some setbacks with Progressive trying to "total" my Mercedes when that was not the case. He truly cares for his customers, and his integrity was quite obvious during our conversations/interactions. His Supervisor may want to make note of this! Honest and trustworthy people are hard to find.

From the very beginning to the very end, very professional, very efficient to check all the damage to make sure they didn’t miss anything. They spent the time going over the entire car making sure I understood the entire process and made it very simple and what a great group of people to work with Mike and Josh were absolutely amazing Mike took the time to go over the car very professional caught something that the other place had missed and just really an overall great experience and I would use them again. My bumper turned out better than I ever expected it to look. And just an extra shout out for Mike because he made sure that I understood the process from one step all the way through the end. Definitely recommend them to get your car fixed there if you ever get an accident.
