Both Mike and Sabrina (the front desk lady - did I remember her name right?) were great to work with! Although I'm 81 this was my first experience having a vehicle for work in a collision center. Mike took the time to walk me through each aspect of the process as much as I needed. And he was always considerate and helpful. The front desk lady (Sabrina?) was very helpful to me in making connection to the car ental company. There was a glitch with the initial appointment with Enreprise Car Rental. Sabrina was kind and helpful with that situation. Both Mike and Sabrina were kind, knowledgeable, and professional in all of their dealings with me! Hopefully I will never need the use of a collision center again, but if I do Reliable Chevrolet would be my go to choice!
