I worked with Liz in the collision center and she was absolutely amazing!!! She was knowledgeable, she listened with open ears, she was very attentive to my needs and even gave me a ride to pick up my rental car, waited for me to give her the thumbs up that they had a vehicle for me to drive, and made sure I was satisfied with the work my car received. Liz in the Collision Center and the gentleman who actually painted my car, were the absolute nicest and kindest people. My car looks amazing and that fella obviously knows what he’s doing hands down.

Liz Walker, estimator was a 10. Other staff members not so much. My very major issue: my bill included a service fee of $130 for paying with a credit card. I should have been informed of this in advance. I had to go back home for a check. Waste of my time. I will not return to Reliable in the future.
