Everything from start to finish was amazing! Jake Lovelace started the whole experience off perfectly. Maddison Smith in the rental department is a total gem—you really don’t know how lucky you are to have her as an employee. I am one incredibly satisfied customer, especially considering the chaos of the recent hailstorm that put so much extra pressure on your team. I wish I had the names of the rest of the team to mention them specifically, but thank you to everyone behind the scenes!
