Despite initial confusion and miscommunication as to process for collision damage repair on the part of insurance, reliable's staff were capable and aware of proper procedure and in the face of a later catastrophic hail event able to see to my needs and that my vehicle was repaired in a timely fashion. All staff were courteous and accommodating beyond my expectations. Excellent work by all. Thank you.

Both the collision team and the rental team were absolutely fabulous! They took incredible care of my car and me, keeping me up on what was happening in the kindest and most competent way possible. I am glad that I got to write this because when I was asked for a survey before I gave it a four instead of a five because I was thinking the parts took kind of a long time to get there, but that is not the fault of the collision people at all. They were doing their very best and definitely deserve a 5+ rating! Thank you for letting me let you know how extremely satisfied I am with this service. This is the third time I’ve brought my car in for servicing here and I will always bring it here because the service is so great and the people are so caring and really know what they’re doing. My car looks fantastic! And the ladies in the rental take wonderful care of me! Thanks to all.

I am beyond satisfied! You have a wonderful, kind, competent, friendly crew there who keep in touch and let me know what’s going on. Naming specifically Scott and the ladies at the front desk this time is being. So easy and kind to work with and giving me all the information I need. The ladies in the rental office are also very kind, very competent, very friendly and take care of me. My only teeny wiggles and I’m sorry that I had to put this in. My first opinion piece was that I thought the parts took a little long, but I guess that’s the way things are these days and I shouldn’t have kicked you for these. I certainly shouldn’t have kicked the service department. You are the place that I bring my car to and recommend to others.

I was unsure exactly at first how the quality of the repair would be since I do some automotive stuff on the side as a hobby, but I was thoroughly impressed by the work. First of all the team did great on negotiating for the proper estimate to get the correct repairs done. The rental team got me into a car quickly. Then the autobody and painting team did a suburb job aswell. Yes there were a couple minor issues, but they got addressed immediately without question. Everyone was kind and friendly. Everyone deserves to hear that they all made a great part in the whole process and I appreciate every single one on the team.
