The repair quality was very good. My car felt brand new when I got it back and the paint job was great!

The customer service here was pretty good. My car was ready in about two weeks, which wasn’t a bad turn around. However, when I picked up my car I had to go back the next day because a part was missing which was very inconvenient but they fixed the issue with no problem.

from start to finish, Reynolds provided white glove service. the front desk staff was very warm and welcoming and the technician was so thorough and helpful in explaining to me all the steps involved in my repair. getting your car repaired is never a fun thing but Reynold’s made it a very pleasant experience. i was so impressed that i could drop my car off, get a quick but thorough explainer and as soon as we were done, Enterprise was waiting to take me to pick up a rental. it was masterful hospitality that more businesses could learn from. you all should teach a class!

i will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. good work is worth every penny.

Melinda should not be working the front desk. Her attitude is extremely unprofessional and was completely uncalled for especially working with members overseas. There were countless times where I had to call her to get information about my vehicle because she was not responding to the insurance adjusters. She spoke before completely grasping everything that I was informing her with as my situation was very unique. I suggest allowing your members to take a class on professionalism and customer interaction etiquette.
