I was told it would take two weeks. However that was no where close to being correct. Text messages are inaccurate and phone conversations didn’t help. The process drug out much longer than expected. The best part is I got my truck back and never need to deal with this company again. Costumer service is really based on a text message that isn’t accurate

It was a total mess & ridiculous......they offered no refund, of any kind.. ...a car wash,, full tank of gas, anything would have went a long way........& showed they cared... a NEW client treated like this, no way this is NOT the way to get return customers. Sincerely, Tammy Gordon
