This is the second time I have had Riley and Sons fix my car over Mueller/Gerber. Both times now I have had something wrong/not fixed and had to take it back. I live almost 40mins away and they are only open 8-5 when everyone else also works. The previous front desk employee was very kind, always communicated with clients, and was apologetic when things did not go as planned. That is not how the new front desk employee, Carol is. Not apologetic one bit, does not try to assist in finding solutions to problems, and simply states this is how it is. That is not how a service industry should be. I also work in a different service industry, and I know sympathy and flexibility go a very long way with people, and it doesn’t take much effort to give. Very disappointing.
