I will definitely recommend Riley and Sons Collision to a friend or colleague. I originally took my vehicle to a local shop in New Palestine, and they acted like they didn’t want to work on it, so I moved on. Riley and Sons Collision is nearby and absolutely worth the trip—not only for their craftsmanship, but also for their affordability. The cost of the repair came out of my own pocket, and I have not regretted that decision in the slightest.

The customer service I received from Riley and Sons Collision was exceptional. I felt completely comfortable explaining the issue, and they never made me feel foolish for being misled by the dealership. I even checked vehicle history reports and nothing showed up until I took it through a car wash! Chuck P. was incredible and really put me at ease. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience far less stressful. I would absolutely recommend Riley and Sons Collision.
