I dropped off the car September 27, picked it up November 13. Also still had the wrong part on it . When I dropped the vehicle off, I was told to go through my own insurance so the car wouldn’t sit here a month… It’s been almost 2. This has cost me an additional $500 in car rentals in addition to what my insurance paid. I am incredibly disappointed about the amount of time it took, communication, and it’s still not complete.
