Service was fast and professional! At River Oaks Paint and Body, they go above and beyond to please their customers! I arrived after the New Castle location closed because I originally went to the Kirby location in error. A call was placed to New Castle and the Representative who was about 6 months pregnant (sorry I donât remember her name), waited for me patiently. I left with a rental about 30 minutes after closing. I had to turn around because I left a personal item in my car. She had locked up and was walking to her car, but offered to open the building and get my key so that I could retrieve my personal item. Thank you!!!
