I am very satisfied with the repairs done on my 2017 Audi S3. The repairs took more than I expected (not due to your shop, but rather the insurance and parts availability) and all personnel has been extremely polite and useful during my frequent communications and requests for updates. I would like to acknowledge in particular the constant support received from Karen. As far as the car is concerned, the paint job is spotless: despite the complexity of the color, I cannot tell any difference from the original. There is a minor misalignment in the trunk lid between left and right size, but it's very difficult to detect. The only downside were traces of grease and some other clear material found all across the car body, possibly as a consequence of the paint job. Hand washing did not remove them completely, but I'll polish the car and they should go away. Overall, I will definitely come back here for future needs, although I hope I won't need it. When I picked up my car, there were two areas on the drivers side that had extra paint patches on them. I pointed them out, and they were buffed and removed. There was also a "Blue Efficiency" tag on the car that had been removed for the repair and not replaced and was sitting on the dash. Overall, repairs were done very nicely.

My car had the same scratches on passagner side and i am contacting the insurance company because it it did not make sense to remove part of scratches and leave 2 others on my car. This comment is from ms.lover compton i am the owner.
