All was very nice except that broken cup holder cover

Repair was very good. Customer service was amazing. Disappointed to get my car back and realize that my cup holder cover and when showed to the crew, I was told that they cannot be responsible for wear and tear. Despite that statement being true, I left the car with the cup holder cover intact so the coincidence of breaking over the 10 days it was in the shop is very odd. I was told the cabin was never accessed but the car was cleaned so it obviously was. While I understand the business, I think this case should have been handled a lot better than being defensive and not admitting the shop had responsibility.
