The repair things that were repaired looked very well done, however the truck was not fully repaired when handed to me. Lots of indirect impact body parts were overlooked. Which tells me the truck did not have a proper damage analysis.

After getting a second opinion, it was determined I would need a supplemental coverage to cover the additional damage. The person in charge did little to nothing to help with insurance to help with additional damage

I really appreciated the ongoing communication coming from the bodyshop. I always knew what stage of repair my car was at! Also I need to mention that Gilbert Cardona was very knowledgeable when advising me and I felt that I was in good hands the whole time through! I will definitely return to River Oaks Paint & Body if needed and will recommend to others!

I didn’t receive any updates as my car was in the shop for over 2 months, I had to reach out for information constantly. I get my car back and it’s overheating and not properly fixed. They were very polite every time I did talk to my rep and had nice attention to detail like detailing the car well and adding touch up paint to my mirror which was much appreciated.
