The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Ali, who took my car and explained the process thoroughly, was personable and always available. My car was repaired quickly and at this time appears to be perfect. When I went to pay the deductible, I was not warned that if I paid with a credit card, I would be charged three percent. If I had been told, I would have paid with a check and would have saved $30.
