Ali has been great as far as I know My question is why was the paint defect that was due to the clear brac coat applicstiodetexted by River oaks BEFORE it was delivered back to post oak..?? Post oak dos overs the defect and then it went back to River oaks… now another 2-3 day delay…. Not good ….

However; I had called your office the day before and asked if I could bring a local bank check ( because I was a client from over 20years) and the put me on hold and then returned with “YES”. When I arrived to pickup the car , the man said “”NO”. I had to pay $35 extra with a credit card($1000 deductible). I have so reported to my insurance carrier Amica and they were not happy that you were up charging their clients. Murray 713 416-1221

I was told when I gave the car in they’d fix some of the scratches in the back would be fixed and it wasn’t but the front is okay.

I was told my car was going to be done beginning of April. The part they kept receiving wasn’t working on the BMW so it got delayed 2 weeks and it was supposed to be finished latest last week. Because of the service technician the one to calibrate the system it got delayed another weekend and I had gotten my car this Tuesday ( I wasn’t able to pick it up Monday since they called me at 5:15PM to let me know it was done). I wanted an extra 15 days for my car to be finished.

I appreciate the service rep being very easy to work with and keeping me informed of progress every step of the way. The repairs were beautifully completed and my vehicle was returned very clean and ahead of when I expected it. The lady at the front desk was very helpful, as well, and she handled the return of the rental car, which I was not expecting. Overall experience 10/10.
