The repairs and timeline were great but the communication was neglectful. I received voicemail every time I called but no one would ever call me back. I’d have to keep calling until someone answered to get communication. I found this highly inconvenient and very frustrating.

I couldn’t have asked for better service. Maddison was absolutely incredible-she is definitely an asset to your company. Natasha was wonderful too-she suggested a few extra things to get done and I totally agreed with her on it-and the price was great. My car looks incredible-better than the day I bought it. From the initial phone call to schedule bringing my car in to being updated about repair status and completion of repairs everything was very professional. Madison was a great representative throughout the process. The service tech who also called me about the repairs explained what was being done clearly and was very pleasant. Considering the circumstances it was a good experience. I would definitely recommend your service to others.
