Everyone there was very, very nice very helpful very knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better team of people to help me in this time of need. There is one spot under the tow hitch cover I will bring it back Friday for them to look at it could just be my eyes.

Very polite and everything no complaints except I had to tell them many times to update my phone number, I had Neil write it down and contact me at my number, but they kept contacting the old number requiring me to call confused asking for updates wondering why no one called. That was very frustrating but otherwise Dave, Brooke and everyone were so helpful

This is my third or fourth experience with Rocco's but my first time at this location. Everything was just extraordinary! From the first greeting when I walked in the door until the last handshake when I got my car back, every step along the way was, in a word, great! Thank you so much! Both inside and out my car looked better once you had completed your work. My overall sense is that you went above and beyond in every way at every step along the way. I'm truly grateful.

happy with the experience. I interacted with both Jamie and Dave out of the Berlin New Jersey. Site felt like I was in good hands. The job came out better than expected. I just have to call Dave back about one tire sensor unless he's reading this and calls me back first

Rocco’s really exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Not only were they able to take my car immediately, but the communication throughout the entire process was incredible. I fully anticipated waiting at least 2 weeks before my car would be finished, but they had me ready in just a day over one business week. INCREDIBLE! Not to mention the work looks as if I was never side swept. 10/10!
