Very prompt service in getting my car repaired. It was not a lot of damage, only the back bumper but it was an accident anyway and needed replacement and repairs. Jamie is excellent and thorough.

The back cover was open and they make the car too dirty. Big gap between the headlights and hood. Also the driver side door border is open, they did not put it back. Actually I don’t understand why they open the door border. It was worse service I ever get.

This was my second time within a 3 week span in getting my repaired..Long story why but Rocco’s customer service, prompt coordination and attention to detail made my experience seamless. Car was returned beautiful. I would add that on the 1st incident as they where ready to return the car they noticed an opportunity to correct which I didn’t see but there Quality Control team wouldn’t let the car go so they extended my rental to make sure the car was perfect.. In my eyes and my line of Business every company is not perfect but it is how you handle the issue and correct and that they did.. They are great and they communicated along the way..
