At my first visit at Rocco’s was a pleasure, from the warm smiles, and great customer services from the staff I would recommend this place to anyone. I appreciate Jamie! She was very pleasant on the phone to let me know when I my car was ready, she even waited for me until the time I got off work since the office was closing around the time I was done my work shift! I was so shocked to see what an amazing job Rocco’s did with my car, looked like a brand new one🤭 They handle my car with great care inside and out. My car was clean, and even vacuum!! Very appreciated by the service. Thank you to the Roccos’s family for taking such care of me and my car!! Keep up the fantastic hard work!!👏🏾☺️

Everyone involved from the intake of my car to the end, seemed very involved in my concerns and thoroughly explained the process and took the time to explained all that was done. I was a bit hesitant with the paint job and it has only been 1 day since I got it back, but I don't see any peeling yet. 2 other people I know took their car here and the paint peeled within a week of taking their SUV/car out .

In the end everything worked out and the staff delivered my car to my house. This was excellent service. However,, there were some issues with the completion process that was a bit sloppy.
