On the invoice it states that the rear bumper was replaced, but clearly I can see the same scrape mark from the accident that was just buffed and just repaired the more obvious dents. Also, associate said they would replace a clip that was missing and didn’t even address it. Just ignored.

I have had nothing but the best experience with Rocco’s! My biggest shout out goes to Kelly at the front desk because she deals with my crazy and always calls me back with any questions I may have and is calming in such a stressful situation atleast for me

Called twice May 5th and 6th regarding Tire Pressure monitoring not working, with no response as of the date of this review. Windshield washer reservoir empty but was included in estimate, only realized it when I needed it on Thursday the 7th. Tire Pressure system actually started working on Sunday the 10th. It’s just the lack of returning a customers phone call that is troubling even if the issue was not Rocco’s responsibility a return call would have been acceptable. Though petty, sometimes little things mean a lot like a simple phone call. The overall repair work was satisfactory.
