I’m reaching out regarding a tracking device that went missing while my vehicle was in your care. When I dropped the car off, the device was plugged in. When I picked the vehicle up, it was gone. I want to note that the staff at the South Philadelphia location have been nothing but kind and professional throughout this process. When I raised the issue, team members came outside and searched through my car with me. They also called the location where the actual work was performed, but nothing was found. I followed up the next day and was told someone would call me back. I never received that call. My concern is this: the work on my vehicle was completed at your South Jersey location, and the tracking device appears to have been unplugged very early in the repair process. I can’t speak to what happened there or why it was removed, but I do find it troubling that a device specifically designed to track my vehicle’s location went missing during the repair, with no explanation and no follow-through on resolving it. I ’d appreciate a direct response from someone who can look into what happened at the South Jersey shop and get back to me with an answer. I’m not looking to make this into more than it needs to be I just want to understand what happened to my property and have it returned or replaced.

I'm bringing my truck back in, I left you a message, the front bumper is completely installed wrong! It almost looks like it's hanging off. The painting was excellent but bringing truck in tomorrow to show you.

Couldn’t ask for anything more! Great quality work, timely and even tried to buff out a previous issue with my side mirror for no extra charge. Would definitely recommend!

I dealt with Kelly when I dropped off the car, and she was super nice and helpful. When I picked up the car, a woman with black hair and glasses helped me, but I cannot remember her name; she was also very nice and informative. I appreciated that they helped me with the rental pickup/drop-off as well. They both made the process easy and stress free.
