The under carriage damage was not fixed. I pointed this out, when I dropped my car off. It took over 5 weeks to get my car back, ok, that part was not your fault, but my communication with Progressive insurance, which I'm not happy with them about. I pointed the under carriage problem out Tuesday early morning on 3/24, when I picked up the car. I'm still waiting to see if Progressive Insurance will cover what was misssed, and if Rocco's can complete the repair, that was missed, by the end of this week, while I'm off of work, and I have time to address this issue, without having to take time off of work. I went to Rocco's today, and was told that the issue was under review by Progressive. I need this expedited. Please advise. Thanks. P.S. I had to have Rocco's correct an imperfection on a front bumper repair, today, that was done last month, on another vehicle I own.
