I told my coworkers and some others, "This was the Best car accident I ever had!" From the first text message to drop off my car for service until the last text message that my car was ready for pick up, it has been the greatest customer service experience I've had for an unpleasant event. Their caring and concern when I came to their facility felt genuine and their ability to make things seamless took the worry away about all I thought that I was going to have to do to get things going. My car looked amazing and I couldn't believe it was completed in three days! They didn't even give me a chance to get used to that cute rental I got ! 🤣 You'll have to read about that In my review for that company [Enterprise]. I definitely recommend Rocco's Collision Repair for the tough work on your damaged vehicle. So imagine what they can do if you just wanted to spruce your vehicle up! Thanks Rocco's!

Called about 5 PM on a Friday night to let me know car was repaired and ready for pick up. I called immediately to let them know I’m on my way to pick only to get voicemail. My car sat out front of shop all weekend until they opened on Monday. The repairs were done adequately.

besides windshield being broken during repair, I thought flat tire I had 2 minutes after leaving shop may have been caused by running over something on shop floor.

windshield was broken removing fender was charged to allstate for your mistake. I got flat tire 2 minutes after leaving shop.witch I thought was odd costing me $32 to repair. Car repair looked good and buffing other headlight was good.

I am very happy with the whole process. From dropping my car off, the constant updates on the progress of the work, and the professionalism of the entire staff that I interacted with. They made me feel like a valued customer. I would recommend them to anybody who needs work done on there car.
