Rocco’s continued to extend the overall repair time, were difficult to contact and would frequently not return calls or messages, were overall unprofessional, and initially said that there would be no deductible and then later went back on that and charged for a full deductible. I would never go through them again.

Rocco's Collision were very professional! They kept me informed everyday of the progression of my repair. The staff was very upbeat and friendly! And another plus was that my repair was done 4 days ahead of time. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. It was a very pleasant experience

Both women at your Sewell location helped me from the first time I walked in to the time I picked my truck assuring me they would handle everything . That’s exactly what they did they handled my insurance claim they took care of the rental car answered all my questions and my truck turned out great I couldn’t be happier thanks a lot !!!!
