Our Tacoma suffered a parking lot sideswipe, we took it to Sands, and Ethan our advisor surveyed the damage, and saw things even I had missed. Very impressed. He detailed the work necessary, and proceeded to do just that, very impressed with the attention to detail and quality of the work done. Looks better than before the accident. Even getting unsolicited offers for it just driving around.

Ethan is professional, communicative and even allows his personality shine through. Every step of the way he kept me advised that what was happening. I appreciate the attention to detail and making sure the vehicle is restored to previous accident status. When dropping off my rental a gentleman asked where I had my vehicle repaired and I told him Sands Collision. I asked who he had for insurance he advised State Farm and told him Ethan is who you want to ask for!

Ethan is an excellent, professional and highly intelligent employee. At my age of 74, he was very patient, polite and kind with all my probably irritating and dumb questions. He made me feel valued and appreciated throughout my time being under his care.
