I went into Sands still upset about the damage done to my car and felt I had a dark cloud over my head. From the minute I started talking to Ethan I started to feel as if a weight was lifting off my shoulders. But I’m not going to lie, I was still hesitant… what he said sounded too good to be true. Well, I can gladly say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had! Awesome customer service, ensured all my needs were met, worked faster than expected and accommodated my work schedules. I definitely will recommend Sands!!!

Everything came out perfect. The person who washed my car did amazing and the person who dealt with the car did amazing as well. I’m glad that they were able to go out of their way to be able to help me out with me getting a rental and being able to communicate with me

Only to Ethan. I came to have pics taken of my vehicle and the guy that originally ally helped me was extremely rude and told me my claim would be denied. I can’t remember his name but i know what he looks like. He was extremely rude it made me want to go elsewhere until i spoke w Ethan. He was kind and patient
