I’m not sure all new parts were used to repair my car. Certain things don’t look the same. Although you did a wonderful job, it’s just not brand new, which I paid cash for when I purchased it brand new.

I am very unhappy with this collision center. Never would I refer this place. When my insurance is spending thousands of dollars the least they can do is call with an update to let me know how the process is going. Lack of communication. When I asked surprise location how the vehicle was doing they gave me the run around and did not know where the truck was at. When speaking to an employee at surprise he told me my truck was in Glendale. Called Glendale and they said surprise had it. Called surprise again and Told employee to stop having me back and forth wasting my time playing games. Was very frustrating but same employee told me it was in the paint booth.
