Customer service would’ve been a 10 like the previous time I worked with sands however. As you enter the doors, the lady to the right has an ugly attitude and approached my situation in a not so friendly manner. I’m not sure what the younger lady to the left sides name is but she previously helped me. And she is AMAZING!!! Super nice and friendly and super helpful. Daine is also AMAZING and of soo much help! Always had great communication .

Miss aligned panels, missing engine cover, exhaust leaks and rattles, ac not working, window tint scratches, fog lights not installed properly and was told thats how it came from factory when its clear as day that it did not, also scratched my car and refuses to admit that they did it
