The final product was great. The journey to get there, not so great. I was told 3 times that my car would go to paint on Friday and would be ready next week. Updates did not always come and I had to call to get them. When we finally went to pick up the car, it had a problem and had to stay longer to get it fixed.

I always deal with Lucas every time I bring my truck in, he is friendly he's respectful and he's one of the best employees over there at Sands Collision I am glad that I get to work with him all the time.
