Overall I would recommend your company. Communication was good and estimate came in right on target. I always like to have a little time to evaluate quality of work but at first glance it appears that it was done as expected. Also, providing rides to and from on a timely basis was very nice. My only recommendation is to resolve the parking issue. I almost didn’t use you because I drove by several times throughout the day before I stopped in because of parking. I know you’re building a new shop so hopefully that will take care of it. Thank you

Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and polite. I filled out some paperwork and we went outside to look at my car to get a quote and Mr Bradley explained all the details that had to be done with fixing my car and went back inside the office to get at quote. Once I came up with the money brought the car to fixed and they explained how long it was going to take and when it was finished the car looked really good with the new bumper and I was very satisfied with the job and I will tell more people about this companies remarkable quality of work, politeness and professionalism to there customers. I give them a 10 for work and 5 stars. Thank You Santa Ana Body Shop.

It took more than a week to fix a bumper with minor damage.

There was no communication from Santa Ana aside from a solicitation to have my car detailed. When my wife picked the car up they had not buffed out some minor issues that they said they would when we brought the car in.
