Oh my goodness what a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing with their service. They answered all my questions, assured me that they would be able to repair my car. They were thorough and accommodating. The repairs were done and my car looks brand new again. I highly recommend Santa Ana for body repair!

Oh my Goodness this auto body shop is amazing! The service I received was exceptional! They were established with and worked well with my insurance. They do quality work and my car looked brand new again. The communication they have kept me updated every step of the way. Vanessa and Bradley are very friendly and handled everything professionally. There is even a car rental company next to the shop that worked with them as well. I felt like all I had to do is drop off my car and key and they took good care of me as a customer I highly recommend this body shop!

Concerns were written earlier. In addition the right tire was aired up to 48 pounds the tire should have been at 35. I noticed due to the uneven ride.

This was a good experience from start to finish. My first contact with the shop was great and Vanessa was very knowledgeable about the process and what I needed to do.
