We had hoped that Schaefer Auto Body would have had a sincere attention to detail with the completion of the repair. However upon cursory and further review of the vehicle, there were several inconsistencies, deficiencies and areas that were incomplete on a level we felt not only were obvious but negligent in nature. This was quite disappointing as Schaefer was our shop of choice.

When picking up my car found that they hadn’t checked all the sensors and I had to sit there for an hou and a half waiting for them to fix it.

The repairs were great I just had a couple blemishes on my wheels that I didn't see before it was repaired. Other than that everything looks good. One thing my vehicle wasn't cleaned like I thought it would be.
