Our experience from start to finish was so seamless and gave us such peace of mind!! The timeframe expectations set were so clear and easy and my car was even done early! I was dreading looping in insurance but it didn’t slow down the process at all or impact the service you could provide. People were great but it was many times impossible to get a live person on the line when I called for updates/scheduling. Your AI system is frustrating because it is impossible to get to a live person.

The scratches to my bumper are gone. Thank you! I was delighted to find that you had also vacuumed my carpets and detailed my mats. Extra thank you! The only disappointment was the new rule about a 3% surcharge for credit card transactions. With more warning, I would’ve brought my checkbook. Thankfully, the charge was waived. Sincerely appreciate it!
