Repair seems to be done well. Communication was excellent (Jackie is great to work with). My only complaint is the length of time the repair took. I understand that jobs grow as you get into them - and this job needed approval for extra insurance payment. But I also think there were several points when the car was sitting in line for the next step of repair work. I picked this Schaefer’s because it had a short wait to get in compared to others. I would have rather needed to wait to get it in the shop if that could have meant less time waiting at bottlenecks in the process.
