There were many delays which were not communicated until I initiated contact. Detailing work on repair is sloppy and there is white paint smudged on plastic parts and a gouge in the refinishing job.

Terrible repair quality. You didn't let the paint cure properly so there are smudges in it. There's white paint smudged all over the black plastic pieces of my vehicle due to it not being taped off properly and to top it all off. It's also not even painted the correct matching color. You took an extreme amount of time with lots of delays and very little communication to complete this repair. Your staff is uncaring and rude. When I came to pick up my vehicle I was held hostage for thousands of more dollars that was not discussed. Whenever there has been a problem, they try to pass the blame to the insurance company. I would never recommend your shop to anybody and I would never come back
