Jennifer and Marsha were so helpful and made the entire car repair process pleasant and easy. Jennifer was quick to help and connect me to the person I needed. Marsha made sure all communication with insurance went smoothly and explained what to expect including car rental options. Geo was amazing as always! This is our second time here and of course it was great to see Geo and to have him help with our car. The team at Seidner’s did a great job with our car and even got me a car wash!! As a mom of an 18 month old and currently pregnant, I can’t even explain how grateful I am for this and all the other small gestures of great customer service. I will definitely be referring Seidner’s to friends and family. If ever we need any repair again, we will definitely return for the impeccable service and turnaround time. I also appreciate that Geo would give me updates on the car while it was getting worked on.
