The process was terrific from the initial phone call to picking up my car! Linda was amazing at helping me get my repair set up! Martin was an amazing service coordinator! He even get the repairs in my car completed on Saturday 8/29/15 rather than Momday 8/31/15 so I wouldn't have to take a day off of work. When I picked up the car I was happy to see that everything was replaced including the molding so that it all matched! Thank you for a great experience!

Everyone was so attentive and professional, from start to finish; Linda and Lucero were so hospitable. Andrew is a gem. His demeanor is calm, reassuring and he knew absolutely everything about our car's situation. He even went above and beyond to tell us about our tires needing replacement, which I know was an entirely separate issue. To see that level of care and concern is quite unparalleled.
