When I first took my car in for a minor accident, they said it wouldn’t be too long. They called me back and said prior body work had been done to the vehicle and they weren’t going to be able to do the work. I was almost sure the work was done by you guys. ( look at my history,unfortunately my family was having accidents often). Everytime Seidners has done the work. I was told they couldn’t do the work. I had to pick it up that same day. Only to get called the next day saying in fact Seidners(Rosemead) had done the prior work. So there I go returning the vehicle again,and getting my second rental in 2 days. Suggesting that a better job of searching work history on cars. Not to have these situations happen. I was satisfied with the work that was done on the vehicle

I was actually very satisfied either work done. However initially you guys overlooked prior work that was done by seidners( Rosemead) in 2019. Your adjuster said the prior work wasn’t done by Seidners,and couldn’t be worked on by Seidners. So the same day I dropped it off I had to pick it up.Only to get called the next day saying they found that work was in Davi done by Seidners prior. Took back the car again and picked up a rental for the second time in 2 days. Better search of work history would of avoided all that.

Seidner’s Collision provided top notch service with daily updates message as well as phone calls from the shop regarding timeline status when the fixes of my car will be done. The car was completely done 2 days before its original promised date of completion. Highly recommended this body shop

I brought my car in for a minor fender bender last Tuesday; the shop took a look and told me they were able to help me fixing it and would have it ready within a week and gave me an estimate They provided daily text message as well as phone call to provide update status of my car. It was completely done within 3 days. They did an awesome job and needless to say I am very happy with the service provided and highly recommended this place
