The office is very well managed. People spoke softly and kindly to customers as well as to themselves. I was dropped off at home while car was in repair and picked up after the repair was complete. Pretty good experience.

I definitely will recommend this collision center to my family and friends. Jeovanni was great , as he communicated effectively throughout the whole process of getting my car fixed. He sent updates and I can tell that he really tries to work with his clients. I value his honesty and expertise regarding answering all the questions I had. Car repair came out great! However there was one thing that was missed… due to there was a repair time frame extension needed because of a delayed parts delivery, from Friday completion to Wednesday; understandable. I had asked if I needed to call enterprise rental to let them know. You guys said you will call and let them know. 2 days later I get a call from enterprise saying that my rental agreement was due back on the Friday. I checked with you guys again and the rep said you guys will let them know. I’m not sure if you guys had let them know the first time. Other than that, everything was greatz

I had actually requested seidner from the other party’s insurance claim, as the other party was at fault. Just so happens Seidner is a AAA recommended and preferred shop. Seidner is great and made everything easy to deal with.
