One word— Wow! Customer service was exceptional! I wish I could clone Lisa. She is the very definition of customer service. She was friendly, down to Earth, kind, caring, and professional. Mike was amazing, too! He kept me updated on the stages of car repairs and always welcomed me to call if I had any questions. Great teamwork!
