The repair work was thorough and done in a very timely manner. Juan did a great job keeping me informed of the progress of the work. The charges were also clearly explained before any work began. Lisa at the front desk was also helpful and welcoming. This is our third time trusting Seidner’s Duarte with our vehicles for repairs over the past 15 years and continue to be impressed and pleased with their services.

Took longer than expected. I had to make the calls to check up on the status. My jacket, hats and blanket were thrown on the FLOOR. They could've been put in a bag and then in my trunk NOT the floor. Mike said he would call Enterprise to inform them I would need the rental longer but when I called Enterprise they said he hadn't informed them and i had to call my insurance company and arrange the extension. The handle inside my car was loose and fell off and I had to fix it. The sticker on my passenger side window appeared to have been attempted to be removed by finger nails and is now sticking out a bit. The paint job is a pretty good match but the other issues caused me to rethink ever going back to Seidners.

Yes, my service advisor MIKE, kept me in the loop about everything that was happening with my repair and went above and beyond negotiating on my behalf with the insurance company for the best possible repair for my Mercedes Benz. I’m satisfied with my total experience except for one thing which is the first date of my car to be repaired is not fulfilled and it takes 3 different date ( to be pick up) before it finally happen.
