Mike is awesome! He understood my concerns about my car and gave me a full understanding of what is needed and what will be done! & it was done quick! An 8 just cause my Truck wasn't ready on the day they said it would be. Then them only giving me a 7 seater when I clearly asked for an 8 seater was BS. I told them right off the back I needed an 8 seater. Im a married mom of 6 kids with kids in sports & dance.. they little.girl wanna sit there and say I never mentioned that 🤣🤣🤣🤣 miss me with that BS. ( nothing holder against nationwide cause your a Gem). Other than that no complaints, you guys were great and handled everything as it should and I truly appreciate it.

They explained everything clearly, worked directly with the insurance company, and made the whole situation much less stressful. The communication and customer service was really great. The team genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. They even made the rental car process easy and less stressful. When I went to pick up my car they let me leave the car rental there and they took it to them. My finished car was washed, clean, and detailed as well. I would absolutely recommend Seidner’s Collision Center to anyone needing reliable, high-quality collision repair work. Thank you Lisa and Juan! God Bless them!
