Outstanding customer service by Julian and Kristen from beginning to end. More importantly, the body work on the damage that was repaired is spotless, like the collision never happened. Also, shout out to the whole Seidner's Glendora crew who worked on my wife's car behind the scenes. These guys are real professionals and you can tell that they love to bring value to their clients. What could I say about Merced my service advisor? Lots and lots...he's definitely an asset to your team! Always took my call and was always eager to answer my questions and to accommodate me in any way possible to make sure a had a great experience. Give that man a raise!! The day i was to pick up my car I was running late, it was past closing time and his response was "don't you worry I'll be here waiting for you, just get here safe" had a great experience and would give a 20 stars if I could.
