Your receptionist was excellent. The insurance company never responded to any of my calls. But she contacted them, arranged for my rental car and submitted the bill to them. Your staff informed me of the progress every step of the process.

I was very impressed that Darren was able to get the part I needed in less time than expected without settling for aftermarket parts. I called around multiple places but only Ashley at Seidners took the time to explain the process to me and previous customer experiences. This was reassuring, it was an easy choice to go with Seidners.
