I have mixed feelings about my experience here. On a positive note, the shop was excellent at communicating and updating me on the progress of my car, even completing the job a day earlier than expected. Ashley at the front desk is also incredibly friendly and professional. However, I deeply regret not going to Joe’s up the street for the actual bodywork. Despite the good communication, the quality control was severely lacking. After an accident where I needed two doors replaced, the shop transferred a cracked glass panel from my old door to the new one—even though the replacement door came with a perfectly fine panel. I had to point this out for them to replace it with the undamaged panel; it should have been common sense. Additionally, I pointed out a scratch on my bumper four separate times (three to the rep and once on the phone), yet it was still there when I went to pick up the car. I ended up waiting an hour and a half at the shop while they made these corrections. To make matters worse, the staff complained to me about the "added labor" they wouldn't be reimbursed for—labor that only existed because the job wasn't done right the first time. I should have listened to my friends who recommended Joe’s. While the front-of-house service is great, I can't recommend this shop for reliable repair quality.

Ashley was fantastic! She gets a ten! But the rest of the staff was poor! Darren made the corrections but complained he couldn’t go back and charge the insurance company! Quality control definitely lacking!
